UPDATE 05/11/20

As we are monitoring the daily dynamics and are keeping up to date with Government advice, we want to be as transparent with you, our customers, as possible. Please see below for the latest status. We will update our blog as the situation progresses.

As of 05/11/20 all 3 of our locations will be closed but we are still able to fulfil orders and continue to operate click and collect from Lichfield website and local delivery . We ask all our customers to follow Government advice and follow public health guidelines to protect our team as well as our other customers.

We ask customers to adhere to the following policies.

Do not come to our store and please remain at home if you are showing any symptoms of the novel coronavirus which can include a new persistent cough or a high temperature. (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/)

Please minimise the time you spend in our stores and we ask all our customers to refrain from vaping inside our shops. This is to help prevent the spread of germs and to again protect our team so we can continue to operate.

If Government advice changes are we are told that we must close the premises but we are able to offer a delivery service. Plans are currently being developed to be able to offer contact-free delivery to our customers in the local area and be able to continue to send products via our normal courier. More will be announced here if these measures are to be introduced.
